Internships and Voluntary Opportunities

Nepal Matters for America, a Washington DC-based think tank created out of an understanding with Congressional Nepal Caucus in the Capitol Hill, is working exclusively on doing research and building expertise on the US-Nepal bilateral relations. We are hiring several interns and volunteers now. Our research focus is on the following areas: US-Nepal economic and trade relations, US-Nepal strategic relations, Indo-Pacific, South Asian affairs; India and China, human rights and Covid-19.
We are looking for the following: researchers, writers, editors and web content managers. The interns will work remotely/ online.
The interns and volunteers will contribute according to their own interests and expertise to the NMA. We prefer candidates from the field of political science, foreign policy/ international relations, economics, journalism etc. with good knowledge of web page design tools, however, we are equally open to self-motivated candidates from any stream who are interested in researching and writing on international culture, foreign policy, Asian affairs and US affairs.
Note that these are voluntary and unpaid positions.
